What happens during power outages?

Your equipment is provided with a backup battery which can provide up to 6 to 8 hours of power – the exact amount of time is dependent upon your use during a power outage. If you have cordless phones make sure those also have battery back up! Should there be any technical issues, one of our free features – call forward dependable – allows all incoming calls to be forwarded to a phone number of your choice.
