You can reset your cable modem in three simple steps:
- Confirm that your Cable TV service is active and check all connections to your modem, as well as the cable going from your modem to your ethernet card;
- Unplug the power cable from the modem for 20 seconds then replace;
- Check for indicator activity on the front of the modem and wait a few minutes for service restoration.
