If you find that your Guide is not working, follow the below steps
1. Unscrew the main cable line from the box and remove the power cord from the back of the box for 10 seconds, then screw back on the main cable cord to the back of the box and plug back in the power cord. Then, wait for 45 minutes.
2. If the above step doesn’t work, please call the Contact Center at 242-601-2200. The support agent will further troubleshoot and/or schedule a technician if necessary.
