Here are a few tips to help
- Make a direct connection from the modem to computer/laptop to ensure you can connect. If you are unable to connect with a direct connection, please have your router checked.
- If you are using our new Wi-Fi modems which have built in router, try connect to one of the Wi-Fi name (should be six alpha numeric character) and password can be found at the bottom of the modem.
- If that doesn’t work, please factory reset the modem by holding down the reset button on the back of the modem for 30 seconds.
