What happens if I forget when my bill is due? |

Not to worry. We’ll send you a friendly when you bill is due and a reminder if you forget. Many of our customers sign up for automatic payments on www.My.REV.bs, so they don’t have to worry about paying their RE bill again. If you need any assistance setting this feature up, simply WhatsApp 738-0978 our agents would be happy to walk you through the process. |

What happens if I do not pay my bill? |

We know you’re going to just love this new TV solution and Mifi device, after all, it keeps you connected with the people and things you love the most. So, we encourage you to utilise any of the convenient ways to pay to prevent any disruption to your service. Should you run into an issue, and cannot pay your bill, then WhatsApp our Loyalty team on 801-0553 or 801-0554. Please note, that customers will be disconnected for non-payment at 60 days and downgraded to Bronze Service for a period of 30 days. You risk service termination after this period. |

Can I rent or purchase additional set top boxes? |

Bronze & Silver customers will be able to add additional STB’s which will be subject to a $10 per month rental fee. There is no option to purchase the STB. Silver customers can rent up to (4) STB’s. |
