Please find below steps for resetting your modem from the IVR:
- Dial 242-300-2200/ 601-2200
- Select Option 3 – Technical Support
- Select Option 2 – RevNet – Broadband Internet
- Prompt to enter your 8 digit account number to expedite your services
- If you are having an issue with your RevON broadband service, please press 1
- System will available we are working in the background to reset modem
- System will reset modem (processing time 3-5 minutes)
On hold messages will play during this process
- After modem reset is completed
- IVR will inform that our maintenance is completed and you may disconnect the call or it gives an option to continue to hold for an available agent.
