Please find below steps for sending HIT to your set top box from the IVR:
- Dial 242-300-2200/ 601-2200
- Select Option 3 – Technical Support
- Select Option 1 – RevTV
- Prompt to enter your 8-digit account number to expedite your services
- If you are having an issue with your RevTV service, please press 1
- System will available we are working in the background to send a HIT to your set top box
- System will send HIT (processing time 3-5 minutes)
On hold messages will play during this process
- After HIT is completed
- IVR will inform that our maintenance is completed and you may disconnect the call or it gives an option to continue to hold for an available agent.
